How to Unlock a User that is Locked Out & Reset the Users Password

Unlock a Locked Out User & Reset the Password


  1. Log in as the Admin user through the Greenfolders Configuration menu
  2. In the Configuration menu, click on Users, and you should see that next to the user's name that is locked out, it will say "Locked Out"
  3. Double-click the User Name, click the "Unlock User" button next to the User Name (this button will appear top of the window)
  4. The user should be able to log in
  5. Click "Reset Password" to change the password, if necessary
