Unlock a Locked Out User & Reset the Password
- Log in as the Admin user through the Greenfolders Configuration menu
- In the Configuration menu, click on Users, and you should see that next to the user's name that is locked out, it will say "Locked Out"
- Double-click the User Name, click the "Unlock User" button next to the User Name (this button will appear top of the window)
- The user should be able to log in
- Click "Reset Password" to change the password, if necessary
