How To Reactivate Your License Key When Adding/Removing Users

Your GreenFolders License Key has been updated to include the additional license(s) requested and is ready for reactivation. To reactivate your License Key, perform the following steps: 

  1. 1. Login as a user who has Administrative rights. 

  1. 2. Select ‘Configuration’ from the Main Menu. 

 


  1. 3. Once the Configuration window opens, select ‘Licensing’. 

 

  1. 4. Click “reactivate” located to the right of the activation key:   

 


Once your key has been successfully reactivated, the requested GreenFolders license will be available, and the additional User Account can be created. Follow these instructions to add users and add them to groups.
