GreenFolders 3.12.12 Release Notes

Hey there! Our team is excited to release a fresh software update that jazzes up GreenFolders, LinkGen, and Client Feedback Module. You'll find some cool new features, improvements that our awesome customers suggested, and general product enhancements.

We've made it easier to get around and we got rid of those annoying extra clicks to make your experience smoother and more user-friendly. It's all part of our mission to make your work life faster and easier. Enjoy!

Upgrades are performed at no cost within regular business hours (Weekdays from 7am - 6pm MT). Upgrades scheduled outside of regular business hours will be billed at $195/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Please see System Requirements.

Navigate within a folder quickly and change the folder state (save or edit) with keyboard shortcuts.

Click “Tag User” (@) button in the toolbar and select a user or group to tag. An email notification will be automatically sent to the user or group tagged.

Horizontally expand the “Note” column to view more of the Note content. Adjustments made to the column will remain in place.

Select any annotation on the page, right click, choose “Select All” to select all annotations on the page.

Access the Title iO Knowledge Base from the main menu. The Knowledge Base contains articles, user guides, FAQ and a form to submit a ticket for Technical Support for further assistance.

Configure specific tasks to share with desired parties in a transaction.

To configure: Task > “Auto Apply” section > Select the party/parties to automatically share the task with.

Upon triggering the task in GreenFolders, the task will automatically share to the selected party/parties.

Click the currently assigned user in the header next to “Assigned To” and select a new user to reassign the folder.

Disable and remove existing hyperlinks by selecting the link in the attachment pane and selecting “remove link” (Red X).

Automatically send an invitation to clients who submitted a 5-star review to publicly post to Google Business Profile.

You can now navigate to your Attachment List by selecting the “Documents” button in GreenFolders. The number of documents in the file will be displayed at the top next to Repository, and you can add documents with the (+) button on this screen.

Client Feedback
GreenFolders can now notify you inside the application when a folder or task is assigned to you, updated, and more! Any notification you receive an email for can now be displayed by pressing the Notifications button.
