Software Version 3.12.0


Important New Features

Two new features we are introducing in our newest version are the New Product Spotlight and Auto-Update.

 

New-Product Spotlight

  The New-Product Spotlight allows users to easily learn more about the latest and greatest product offerings from Title iO. Found just above the ßlogout button or by clicking the  icon in the top right of the application. 

We’ve also added various info icons throughout the app to help users understand more about features that are not yet enabled. (ex. LinkGen & Client Feedback)


Auto-Update

Auto-Update allows  GreenFolders Administrators to schedule updates to the GreenFolders application whenever a new version is available. Installing a GreenFolders update is as easy as navigating to the new “Updates” tab in the in the GreenFolders Server Configuration Utility. The Auto-Update utility allows GreenFolder administrators to check for updates, schedule an update,, and specify which users receive email notifications when a new update is available. 

New Features

The following features have been added:



  1. Permissions has a new setting to allow for improved handling and performance. 
  2. Single Sign On is now a login option for PS. Users can now long in using their LinkedIn, Microsoft, or Google credentials.
  3. Added email validation to the PS sync process
  4. Addresses are now included in the Client Feedback Module report surveys
  5. Option to store audit logs in the cloud or locally.
  6. Added support for High Resolution 4k images (3840x2160+), and image annotations can now be shared in GreenFolders

Bug Fixes                                                                      * = Customer Reported


  1. The following improvements have been added:
  1. Buyer and Seller information is now included in Portal Sync notifications
  2. Enhanced reporting of notifications from Portal Sync to parties
  3. Application Login 
    1. *Enhanced reliability of GreenFolders Auto-Login (GreenFolders or Windows Authentication)
    2. Fixed a bug with the “Remember me” button
  1. GreenFolders now sends group messages as one email instead of multiple individual emails.
  2. *Drag and dropping attachments from emails are compatible with special characters in the subject line
  3. Tasks synced to Portal Sync will now support rich text.
  4. *Addresses with a “-“ in the zip code now supported in Portal Sync
  5. *Searching
    1. Displays up to max results even if results exceed the max results setting in configuration.
    1. Search applies all filters before returning the total number of results


Backup Notice: When utilizing Microsoft SQL Express as your GreenFolders database engine, the data cannot be copied by regular system backups or automated backups and will require an additional specialized backup process. You are solely responsible for backing up GreenFolders data as it shall deem reasonably necessary to protect its images and information. GreenFolders strongly recommends that the specialized GreenFolders backup be done daily in addition to your regular system backups.
